Power BI Developer

Role overview We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join an integration project related to the merger of two companies . The role will focus on developing and aligning reporting and analytics solutions across the two organisations, supporting the integration of data, reporting structures and business requirements into a consistent Power BI environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions
• Support the integration and harmonisation of reporting across two merging organisations
• Work with multiple data sources and ensure consistency and quality of reporting data
• Build and optimise data models, measures and calculations
• Develop solutions using Power Query and DAX
• Analyse existing reports and identify opportunities for consolidation or improvement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams and other technical teams involved in the integration programme
• Troubleshoot performance and data-quality issues
• Support the transition towards a common reporting landscape

Required experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Very good knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modelling
• Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources
• Good understanding of data transformation and reporting architecture
• Experience working with complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Previous experience in large-scale integration programmes
• Experience consolidating reporting environments from different organisations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Fabric / SQL or related Microsoft data technologies
• Experience working in large international organisations
