Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to assess their needs and explain protection products clearly over the phone.

Work toward daily and weekly sales KPIs and performance targets.

Manage an active pipeline of leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.

Study toward industry-recognised certifications (fully company-funded).

Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly.

Sales Drive: High resilience, a target-driven attitude, and a passion for earning commission.

Desirable Criteria:
