We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse facilities in our Outbound team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shelving, team management, coordination with procurement and sales teams, process optimisation, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving and shelving of purchased goods, ensuring accurate receipt, quality inspection, and proper shelving within the warehouse.
• Manage the receiving team, providing guidance, task assignment, performance monitoring, and training as necessary to ensure efficient and accurate completion of daily tasks.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to confirm delivery schedules, address receiving exceptions promptly, and ensure timely delivery of goods by communicating with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes, implement best practices, and develop strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Ensure all received goods meet quality standards, maintain shelf accuracy through regular audits and inspections, and take corrective action as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Previous warehouse management experience preferably in Outbound
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by operational demands.
