Job Description & Overview
Evolution Group in East London is seeking a seasoned sales leader to provide market coverage and drive sales across the cluster. You will manage sales activities to achieve targeted qualitative metrics and oversee Credit Team outputs within the cluster.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, recruiting, training and developing Credit Teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements in the cluster.
