L'Adapei 63 recherche un(e) Responsable Paie pour piloter l'activité paie et accompagner une équipe de 7 gestionnaires. Rattaché(e) au Responsable SIRH, vous assurerez la fiabilisation des paies, le respect des DSN et le déploiement d'un nouveau logiciel de paie.

Vous contribuerez à la montée en compétence des collaborateurs, veillerez à l'évolution réglementaire et participerez à des projets de digitalisation des processus RH au sein d'un groupe Médico-social.
