You’ll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences and building a welcoming classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering creative lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum
• Teaching pupils in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Designing age-appropriate, motivating learning activities
• Differentiating lessons to suit a range of abilities and needs
• Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress
• Setting high expectations for classroom behaviour and learning
• Fostering pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Following existing plans and routines when needed
• Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and colleagues
• Building positive relationships with pupils
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom
• Adhering to safeguarding procedures and school policies

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
• Minimum 6 months UK classroom teaching experience
• Solid knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to differentiate teaching for individual learner needs
• Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs
• Clear communication and organisational skills
• Enthusiastic, professional, and adaptable approach
• Ability to provide references covering your most recent 24 months
• Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

• Based in Telford and local areas
• Daily rate: £140.00 – £253.00
