In this multifaceted position, you will take ownership of daily operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly both front of house and behind the scenes.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating an on-site team of approximately 10 employees across various departments.
• Actively participating in day-to-day hospitality, supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and billing.
• Offering friendly, comprehensive guest service, including advice on excursions and hiking across Mallorca.
• Overseeing administrative duties and handling preparatory bookkeeping.
• Remaining calm, hands-on, and proactive during busy moments to keep the atmosphere welcoming.

You should bring solid leadership qualities, a neat appearance, and a genuine passion for guest interaction.

Requirements for this position are:

• Professional experience within the hospitality and gastronomy sectors.
• Language proficiency in German, Spanish, and English.
• A residence on Mallorca and your own car (both required).
• An interest in holistic lifestyle themes such as yoga and healthy nutrition.
• Strong self-reliance, organizational talent, and the ability to work independently.

You can expect a permanent, year-round position with a 40-hour work week and two days off per week.
