Job Description & Overview
BUT, acteur majeur de l'équipement de la maison, recherche un directeur ou directrice de magasin. Vous piloterez une équipe avec énergie et serez impliqué dans l'accueil des clients, l'accompagnement des collaborateurs et la gestion opérationnelle du magasin.
La mobilité géographique est requise et vous dirigerez une unité couvrant au moins 30 magasins après formation. Une période d’intégration et de formation sera proposée. L’entreprise mise sur l'esprit d'équipe et la performance collective.
