Citya Immobilier, acteur majeur de l’administration de biens, recherche un comptable en gestion locative pour piloter la comptabilité d’un portefeuille client. Vous travaillerez en relais du gestionnaire et assurerez les opérations courantes liées à la facturation et au suivi financier.
Vos missions incluent l’envoi des quittancements et avis d’échéance, l’encaissement des loyers et la régularisation des charges, les rapproches bancaires et le remboursement des dépôts de garantie.
