The role

• Provide clear, compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Work closely with branch colleagues to maximise lead opportunities
• Manage your pipeline efficiently from enquiry through to completion

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, professional and target-driven approach
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
