General Foreman

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to supervise daily site activities on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and plant.
  • Coordinate daily highways and civil engineering works.
  • Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Report progress and site issues to management.
Requirements
  • Experience as a General Foreman on highways or civil engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
