Mutuaide, filiale du Groupe Groupama, recherche un Responsable de pôle - Voyage pour piloter un pôle de 5 managers et 70 chargés d’assistance. Vous définirez la stratégie et garantirez l’exécution tout en représentant l’entreprise au groupe et à des organismes extérieurs.
Vous êtes manager expérimenté, maîtrisez l’anglais et travaillez dans des environnements exigeants ou en transformation. Vous aurez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement au changement, la performance et la satisfaction client.
