business analyst for a mobile travel insurance platform

Описание: The project develops and enhances a customer-facing mobile travel insurance platform across multiple markets. It enables users to manage policies, access coverage and assistance services, submit and track claims, receive notifications, and interact with an AI-powered chatbot, integrating with backend systems and partner APIs.

Задачи:

• Lead system integrations and business analysis activities for platform features and initiatives
• Collect, analyze, clarify, and structure business and functional requirements
• Create technical User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, functional specifications, and end-to-end flows
• Lead backlog preparation and support prioritization with product and business stakeholders
• Drive refinement sessions and ensure stories are ready for development
• Own requirements throughout the full delivery lifecycle
• Analyze complex mobile journeys covering policy, coverage, assistance, claims, registration, authentication, and other customer-facing services
• Identify dependencies between mobile, backend systems, APIs, and other teams
• Work closely with developers, QA, architects, product stakeholders, and external teams
• Validate proposed solutions against business requirements and expected customer experience
• Support implementation, testing, UAT, release preparation, and production issue analysis
• Identify requirement gaps, edge cases, risks, and inconsistencies early
• Maintain clear, structured project documentation in Jira and Confluence
• Support cross-team alignment and ensure requirements are consistently understood
• Act as a key functional contact for the team and help drive topics to resolution

Требования:

• Strong business and system analysis background, with at least 3+ years of experience in complex system integrations
• Ability to independently lead requirements with limited supervision
• Strong experience with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with complex integrations and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, backend integrations, and data flows
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to facilitate refinements and requirements workshops
• Ability to challenge requirements and proactively identify missing scenarios and dependencies
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional teams
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
