Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) in North Wales is seeking a Chronic Kidney Disease Nurse Specialist to join the Wrexham Maelor Renal Unit. You will focus on preventing CKD progression, working with the consultant nephrologist, primary care and the renal multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate holistic care for CKD patients.
The role involves pre-dialysis education, transplantation and end-of-life care support, with opportunities to further develop services.
