Partner Performance Manager, CS Global Outsourcing

In this role you will drive partner success and operational excellence within Amazon’s customer-centric ecosystem. You’ll manage complex, regulated operations and collaborate across internal teams and external vendors to improve customer experience. You’ll deploy new programs, governance, and procurement activities while maintaining security and business continuity. This is a high-visibility role that requires initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

• Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all levels and with Customer Service vendors to diagnose and solve problems
• Oversee end-to-end Customer Service operations with a focus on customer obsession and best-practice sharing
• Support procurement activities including vendor strategy, requirements scoping, RFPs, pricing and contract negotiations
• Develop and implement governance around EU/global data privacy to optimize customer experience, security, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with Amazon security standards and lead business continuity planning for new implementations
• Demonstrate ownership and hands-on execution to deliver results
• Travel internationally ~30%

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to identify performance drivers
• Fluency in Italian (spoken, written, reading)
• Experience in client or vendor-facing roles with relationship management and negotiation skills
• Experience aggregating and analyzing campaign metrics to derive insights
• Strong ability to multitask and work in a high-speed environment
