Job Description & Overview
Alter Domus is seeking an experienced professional to act as the primary owner of assigned deals within loan agency operations. You will manage communications between borrowers, lenders, and internal teams and oversee administrative issues in credit agreements.
You will coordinate funding, closings, and ongoing loan activity, maintain system accuracy, and ensure timely payments and compliance across portfolios. Strong Spanish and English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential.
