Netbox Recruitment is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a proven market, Supported by resourcers you will develop existing client relationships and win new business.

The desk has previously generated £140k-£250k in annual billings, so there is genuine revenue potential from day one.

What you'll be doing

Manage and develop existing client relationships

Win new business through proactive BD

Build and manage your candidate network

Take vacancies from brief through to placement

Develop long-term client and candidate relationships

Attend client meetings and networking events

Take ownership of your desk, market and revenue

Work with resourcers to support your candidate attractionWhat we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of building relationships and generating revenue.

You don't need to have personally billed £140k-£250k - that's the proven potential of the desk.

We're looking for someone who is:

Commercially driven

Confident with business development

Relationship-focused

Self-motivated and ambitious

Experienced in managing the full recruitment processWhat's on offer?

OTE £45,000+ in Year 1
