Job Description & Overview
Hauts-de-Seine Habitat - OPH recrute un chargé de relogement pour être l’interlocuteur des locataires lors des opérations de relocation. Il pilote plusieurs projets sur le patrimoine de l’organisme et assure l’accompagnement social des ménages.
Sous la responsabilité du responsable du relogement, vous informez, évaluez les besoins, constituez les dossiers et assurez le suivi jusqu’à l’installation dans le nouveau logement, en lien avec les services et la CAL.
