International Sales Manager - Entertainment Lighting

Our client is a high-end European manufacturer of professional lighting products, well regarded and established across the events and film lighting markets. To strengthen its business across Southern Europe and Latin America, they are now looking to appoint an International Sales Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish, and who has a strong background in professional event lighting sales.

In this role you will manage and grow a network of established distributors, setting goals, reviewing performance and keeping in close, regular contact with each partner across the regions. You will work with distributors on forecasting, trade shows, Open Days and customer visits, research regional market trends and find new ways to unlock growth. This position will be remote, with around 40% travel across Europe and Latin America as needed.

You will bring a solid background in the event lighting industry, with experience managing distribution partners and a good balance of commercial drive and product understanding. Fluent Spanish and English are essential. If this sounds like your next career step, we would love to hear from you.
