Analyst, Revenue Planning and Performance Analytics

In this role you will act as the primary performance auditor for commercial outcomes, interrogating numbers to reveal the drivers behind revenue performance. You will translate insights into clear recommendations to maximize value and guide decision-making across planning cycles. You’ll shape robust forecasting, challenge assumptions, and build actionable frameworks that prioritize drivers over outcomes. You’ll craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders and steer cross-functional teams through data-driven planning. • Proactive revenue performance analysis to identify key drivers (usage, churn, pricing, market)
• Revenue forecast pressure-testing to ensure achievable, driver-based forecasts
• Logic refinement by breaking down and rebuilding commercial assumptions
• Causal synthesis translating complex data into clear narratives for executives
• Driver autopsy to distinguish structural trends from one-off windfalls
• Planning guidance to ensure robust, logical submissions in forecasting/budgeting
• Business modeling for topics like pricing elasticity and market entry costs
• Build automated revenue reporting leveraging data warehouse and billing data to inform decisions

• 2-5 years in finance, analytics, or consulting
• Proficiency in commercial finance or commercial analytics
• Relevant bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred
• SQL
