We are looking for experienced drivers with a background in automotive or Autonomous Vehicle (AV) projects to support vehicle testing operations in Spain. This role involves monitoring vehicle performance, following assigned routes, and documenting observations accurately. It requires precise execution of test procedures, adherence to strict safety standards, and active participation in data collection processes for advanced automotive systems. Take control of the vehicle when required Follow routes, test plans, and shift schedules Use smartphones, in-vehicle systems, and digital tools Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided) Good command of English Willing to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends) Basic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace, etc.) Experience in autonomous vehicle or advanced driver-assistance system testing Opportunity to contribute to advanced automotive projects Paid 4-week training (travel & accommodation covered if in the U.Ongoing support and training If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
