In this role you lead delivery of complex AWS-based cloud solutions for clients, combining technical credibility with strong program management. You align business needs with technical outcomes, guide cross-functional discussions, and apply AWS frameworks to ensure scalable, secure implementations. You will manage risks, governance, and stakeholder communications while maturing domain expertise and earning relevant AWS certifications. - Lead complex cloud migration and transformation projects from inception to completion
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes
- Develop and execute program-level planning and adapt strategies as objectives evolve
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams
- Drive decisions and mitigate program risks/issues
- Establish governance, structure, and communication plans for programs
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align to customer outcomes
- Distill customer needs into actionable technical requirements and map to business outcomes
- Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering IT projects with external customers or equivalents
- Experience in program or engagement management leading other project managers
- Experience with Agile and PM toolsets (Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Taiga)
- Executive-level communication with C-suite and business stakeholders
- Stakeholder management
- Risk assessment and issue resolution
- AWS proficiency and certifications
- Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework
