<p class="text-muted mb-3">There is no minimum number of hours you’re required to work, though it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Bank Driver</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving patients and staff within Leek or other parts of England/Wales</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3"> ensuring that the journey is completed in a safe and timely manner, using the most efficient route.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving staff and other visitors to/from by planning the journey in advance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring that the Hospital vehicles are cleaned regularly, maintained correctly and safely and that any damage or faults are dealt with immediately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring that vehicles are always fuelled and record-keeping is kept up to date and available when requested</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be spontaneous as</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be required to do some short notice emergency journey, but we would check with you first to see if you could do the journey. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be successful in this role, you will have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A clean full UK driving licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A track record of safe driving</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be working at Ballington House, a 13 bedded Mental Health rehabilitation hospital that provides services for women with complex Mental Health needs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The environment at Ballington House offers a pathway from admission to discharge which incorporates three phases: the assessment phase (accepting help), the rehabilitation phase (believing, trying and learning) and the community phase-out (self-reliance).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The patients journey generally begins on the ground floor and as they move through each phase of their pathway they proceed to the second floor and then the two bedroomed apartment on the second floor.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will work alongside an experienced multi-disciplinary team consisting of a consultant psychiatrist, clinical psychologist and assistants, an occupational therapist and assistants, nurses, and support workers.</p>
