We’re looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor who shares our enthusiasm, dedication, and passion for great food, vibrant hospitality, and delivering a unique culinary experience. The Location Legado opened its doors in August 2025 in the heart of Shoreditch, with a clear purpose: to celebrate the breadth and depth of Spain’s regional cooking. A sister restaurant to Sabor, Legado builds on that foundation while carving out its own identity - exploring lesser-known dishes and traditions from across Spain, guided by seasonality, whole-animal butchery and a deep respect for craft and provenance. The Position The right Bar Supervisor will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
