<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loom Talent have been engaged by an established Global 3PL provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service and innovative warehousing and transport solutions across the UK.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role - Tender Manager</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage strategic tender opportunities from initial qualification through to final submission and contract award.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Develop effective bid strategies that respond to customer</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements and position the organisation strongly against competitors.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work collaboratively with commercial, operational and solutions teams to develop tailored and commercially viable customer solutions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead and coordinate internal stakeholders throughout the tender process, ensuring clear responsibilities, deadlines and effective communication.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee the preparation of high-quality written proposals, presentations and supporting tender documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify key customer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Review and challenge operational and commercial proposals to ensure solutions are both competitive and capable of delivering strong business outcomes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work with relevant teams to develop and validate pricing, costing and commercial assumptions within tender submissions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support customer meetings and presentations, confidently communicating proposed solutions and responding to customer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring submissions are delivered accurately, professionally and within agreed timescales.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build strong working relationships across the wider business and contribute to improving tender processes, quality and overall bid performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market conditions and competitor positioning to help maximise the likelihood of successful outcomes.The Candidate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ideally a strong background in bid/tender management within 3PL contract logistics</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of warehouse operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of costing and pricing models</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previously managed high value tender processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to develop clear and compelling customer propositions that demonstrate value and differentiate the organisation from competitors.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Highly articulate, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and commercially compelling content.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written communication.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with recognised bid management methodologies or frameworks would be advantageous, although formal certification is not essential.The Package</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary - £60,000 - £75,000 per annum</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Company Car / Car Allowance (£5,000).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">10% Company Bonus Scheme.</p>
