Job Description & Overview
Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead a c£50m Design and Build Education project in Essex, near Harlow. You will manage planning, design and on-site delivery, reporting to the client and main contractor.
The ideal candidate has a track record delivering £30m+ projects, strong pre-construction and contract management experience, and proven leadership of on-site teams of around 20.
