Job Description & Overview
Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking an Executive Assistant & Legal Coordinator to support the Pet Nutrition Europe Legal Team. The role combines executive support with legal operations to enable efficient service delivery across the region.
You will partner with the Associate General Counsel, manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and drive continuous improvement of legal processes and resources. Strong English communication and organization are essential.
