La figura avrà la responsabilità della gestione e dello sviluppo del business Peugeot su più sedi, riportando direttamente alla Proprietà / Direzione.
La Risorsa si occuperà di:
- Definizione delle strategie commerciali e coordinamento marketing
- Supervisione delle performance su nuovo, usato e F&I
- Monitoraggio KPI, marginalità e pipeline commerciale
- Coordinamento e sviluppo del team vendita
- Allineamento con Casa Madre e gestione reporting
