Branch Manager

Due to this success, we are now have an amazing opportunity for a Branch Manager for one of our well established branches in Northampton.

• B2B sales is a key part of this role as

you will be responsible for growth and building a pipeline for new business.

The Role

• Business Development- To ensure team convert new clients and maximise potential within existing clients, as well as building your own pipeline and conversions.
• Service Delivery – Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the

requirements of each client’s contractual obligations.

• Financial Performance -Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams. Show competency in understanding the figures & take appropriate actions
• Development – ensuring we have the best trained employees who can adapt to the changing market, and client needs.

• A competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum
• Uncapped commission with no threshold on gross & net revenue
• Additional targeted bonuses of up to £4,000 per annum in quarterly payments
