Our client is a global manufacturer of premium building materials whose brand is synonymous with quality and innovation.  As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced salesperson to their Midlands field sales team.

LOCATION

Field sales role – Midlands (flexible)

Ideal home locations: Birmingham, Nuneaton, Coventry, Stoke on Trent, Tamworth, Rugby, Leicester, Burton upon Trent, Loughborough, Derby, Nottingham, or close

THE JOB ROLE

The Business Development Manager role is a field-based consultative project sales role representing our client, a manufacturer of performance construction materials.

Selling: commercial performance building products, and building systems.

Engaging with architects, engineers, main- and sub-contractors, roofing contractors and applicators.

Taking responsibility for the full sales life cycle from specification to project completion, partnering with all stakeholders.

Supporting clients on site to offer technical guidance and product selection.

• This role is supported with fantastic training and professional on-site and field-based technicians. THE PERSON NEEDED

For the Business Development Manager role

our client is looking for:

Prior experience in a professional sales environment (either B2C or B2B)

Good commercial and sales decision-making skills 

Confidence in managing a commercial project and sales cycle from start to completion.

Broad business acumen and a dynamic professional approach THE REWARDS

£45-50K Basic salary + 20% OTE
