Job Description & Overview

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Technical Lead to join our team in the broader Zurich area, Switzerland, in a hybrid working mode. You will act as the senior technical authority for production health, reliability and incident resolution across data services and BI solutions.

You will mentor Data Engineers and BI Engineers, lead incident response, define run standards, review changes, and report reliability metrics to the Data Program Manager.
