Must have’s

• Experience within a care environment
• Strong organisation and communication skills

So, what will you be doing?

• Coordinate staff rotas and ensure appropriate care cover
• Support the day-to-day running of the care service
• Respond to staffing changes and resolve scheduling issues
• Support care plans, assessments and client reviews
• Communicate with clients, families and care staff
• Assist with recruitment, inductions and staff development
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of care
• Take part in the on-call rota
