Job Description & Overview
Ashby is looking for a Design Engineer who can both design and code, blending UI/UX with engineering to ship cohesive features. You’ll help expand and improve our in‑house design system and work closely with product engineers to design scalable interfaces.
You’ll influence data models through design decisions, ship to thousands of users weekly, and participate in a culture of ownership where prototypes become polished product experiences. Seniority levels include Junior to Staff.
