Our client is a leading advisory and financial services boutique specialising in business transformation, restructuring, and special situations. Headquartered in London, the firm has a long‑established reputation for advising public and private companies, as well as investment funds navigating financial distress.

With deep expertise across financial services, asset management, real estate, energy, mining, life sciences, technology, media, manufacturing, and transportation, the firm is experiencing significant growth and a strong pipeline of mandates.

As a result, we are supporting them in the recruitment of experienced Managers to join their expanding restructuring team.

These roles would suit AM's looking for a step up or existing Managers looking for flat structure and complex, highly varied work including cross border assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate cases from initiation through to closure
• Oversee statutory compliance, including the preparation of detailed reports and professional correspondence
• Work closely with senior partners, identifying key risks and contributing to strategic solutions
• Conduct in‑depth investigations, financial reviews(IBR's), and litigation support where required
• Get involved with options reviews, special situations, contingency planning and exit strategies
• Monitor WIP and ensure assignments are delivered within budget
• Mentor and support junior team members while developing your own professional network

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restructuring
• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA
• Proven experience managing administrations
• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency and restructuring principles
• Advisory experience (options analysis, accelerated M&A) is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
• Strong commercial awareness and a solid academic background
• Proficiency with I PS and Microsoft Office
