<p class="text-muted mb-3"> The purpose of this role is to carry out multi-drop driving & related duties involved with the carriage of goods. The basic hours for this role are Monday to Friday 42.5 hours plus overtime.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Specific tasks include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To oversee the safe unloading of vehicles at customer premises</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring Proofs of Delivery are signed & returned without delay.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To check the load security & weight distribution according to latest safe working practices at the beginning and end of each shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To ensure that the delivery vehicles are always maintained to Company standards, of reporting of any defects to the vehicle.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensures vehicles are in safe condition, with daily checks correctly completed before use, & are operated in a safe manner.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Uphold all exacting health and safety standards at site, on the road and at customer premises.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be an ambassador for high-quality customer service</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support in the warehouse when needed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential Skills for the role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To hold a valid HGV Class 1 Licence (with no more than 6 points).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Own a Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph card.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of working time directive.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a warehousing or distribution business, ideally multi-drop</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Understanding and experience of EHS</p>
