<p class="text-muted mb-3">£19.05 per hour (04:00 – 16:00)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime after 42.5 hours: £25.34 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll be working on a well-established logistics contract, operating modern curtain-sided vehicles and delivering a professional, reliable service to regular customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role involves a mixture of deliveries and collections, with some load securing and strapping required. You'll be working with planned routes and regular delivery points, allowing you to build familiarity with your workload.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your Responsibilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) curtain-sided vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing scheduled deliveries and collections</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Securing loads using straps where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing all relevant transport documentation accurately</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Providing a professional and courteous service to customers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be considered for this role, you'll need:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card (DQC)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Digital Tachograph Card</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A minimum of 6 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, CD or IN endorsements)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The right to work in the UK</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills and a strong work ethic</p>
