Job Description & Overview
Avon and Somerset Police is recruiting a Recruitment Assistant to support candidates through the recruitment journey from application to appointment. The role is based at Police and Fire Headquarters, Portishead, with hybrid working and a 37-hour week.
You'll assist in recruiting officers, staff and volunteers across roles, communicate with candidates, process recruitment documents and help ensure activities meet timescales. You may attend events and assessment days.
