Class 1 HGV Driver - Tramping

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll be driving modern, well maintained vehicles with fridge trailers, working for a company that values its drivers and offers great support.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely operating Class 1 vehicles to deliver ambient products to our customers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using curtainsider trailers, ensuring goods are secure and handled with care</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Making multi-drop deliveries across various locations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts to ensure everything runs smoothly</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping your logbooks up to date and following all road safety and compliance rules</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">About you</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll thrive in this role if you’ve got a Full Class 1 (Category C+E) licence, a valid DIGI card, and a CPC card. Experience with fridge trailers or curtainsiders is a bonus, but if you’re confident, safety-focused, and ready to learn, we’ll support you. You’re someone who works well independently, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The fridge work involves a lot of city driving, especially in busy areas, so you’ll need to be confident handling a truck in tight urban spaces. A good understanding of UK driving rules and road safety is important, along with being able to manage your time and work independently.</p>
