<p class="text-muted mb-3">Join Gi Group supporting one of the UK's biggest supermarkets, as a Class 1 Night Driver. This isn't just seasonal help; we are looking for professional drivers for a long-term partnership client in , Bedford.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will play a vital role in keeping the nation fed by delivering to stores and petrol stations across the region.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Role & Responsibilities :</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Chilled & frozen loads, mostly stored in cages but some cases may be pallets</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">1-3 store deliveries , this can be to supermarkets or petrol station stores</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drivers must be flexible to operate Class 1and Class 2 vehicles (always paid at Class 1 rate)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting thorough vehicle checks and maintaining accurate digital tachograph records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drivers must drive as per clients professional standards which</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be coached and trained on</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to manage your Working Time Directive, and Driving Hours rules and Regulations in order to meet compliance expectations, and avoid infringement</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Acting as a professional face of the brand when arriving at storesShifts :</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Daily and Weekly Bookings</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Available start time windows : 18:00 - 22:00, 23:00 - 03:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Minimum 1 weekend day availability is a must</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekend only work available</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Part time opportuniy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid UK Driver Cards (Driving Licence, CPC and DIGI Cards)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Minimum 6 months Class 1 licence + 6 months Class 1 driving experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in store deliveries would be preferred, but is not essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Max 6 penalty points accepted for minor offences (no DR or DD offences)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Availability to work weekends is essential for this 24/7 operation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Will have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as an attention to detail</p>
