Immigration Caseworker

Our client based in Folkestone is seeing experienced Immigration Caseworker – IAAS Level 2.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a progressive and supportive immigration law firm.

Salary: £36,100.00 pa

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

30-minute unpaid lunch break

The successful Immigration Caseworker will manage a varied caseload across all areas of UK Immigration, including asylum, human rights applications, bail applications, appeals, and judicial review matters.

Requirements

• IAAS/IAAC Level 2 Accreditation (essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK Immigration law and procedures
• Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently (c20 cases at a time)
• Professional, detail-oriented and client-focused approach

Immigration Caseworker

Key Responsibilities

• Managing immigration cases from instruction to decision
• Preparing and submitting complex immigration applications
• Drafting legal representations and appeal grounds
• Representing clients before the First-tier Tribunal
• Ensuring compliance with SRA, IAAS, UKVI and GDPR regulations

Maintaining excellent client care and case management standards
