Job Description & Overview
Midway Care Group is seeking a proactive Deputy Locality Manager to oversee Supported Living Services in Derbyshire on a 5-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure person-centred care, and maintain quality and compliance across services.
You will supervise staff, develop care plans, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and act as Locality Manager in their absence. A strong leadership background in learning disabilities is essential.
