Human Value S.r.l. ricerca una figura da inserire come Responsabile Stabilimento per lo stabilimento produttivo situato in Veneto.
La risorsa riporterà direttamente alla Direzione Generale e supervisionerà la produzione, la manutenzione e le funzioni di qualità, logistica e sicurezza, ottimizzando costi e KPI. Si richiedono 8–10 anni in ruoli di responsabilità in contesti industriali, preferibilmente nel settore alimentare, laurea in ingegneria o titolo equivalente, e conoscenza di Lean, ERP/MES
