<p class="text-muted mb-3">South Cambs council operate a 4 day week - Tuesday - Friday</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Working hours: 06:00am- 15:45pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· £16.47ph PAYE - over time paid at time and half</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Potential Temp to Perm placement</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Class 2 Driver for Bin Collection,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Operating a Class 2 vehicle to collect waste bins from designated routes efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Ensuring adherence to the collection schedule and maintaining timely pickups.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Conducting pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and report any issues promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Safely manoeuvring the vehicle through various traffic and environmental conditions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Assisting with the loading and unloading of bins, using appropriate lifting and handling techniques.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Maintaining accurate records of the collected waste</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Providing friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns when necessary.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Following waste management regulations and guidelines to ensure proper disposal procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be considered for the Class 2 Driver - Bin Collection position, you should meet the following qualifications:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Possess a valid Class 2 driving license with a clean record.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Valid CPC certificate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Demonstrated experience as a Class 2 Driver, preferably within domestic areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Strong knowledge of road safety regulations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Excellent time management and organisational skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Physical fitness to handle manual lifting and manoeuvring of bins.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.</p>
