Process Mining Engineer

As part of our global SAP S/4HANA transformation, we're developing a Process Intelligence platform powered by Celonis . By connecting data from SAP and other enterprise systems, we aim to gain better visibility into our processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support more informed business decisions.

We're looking for a Process Mining Engineer who enjoys working with data, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with others to turn complex information into practical solutions.

You will join a growing Process Mining initiative, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, work with modern technologies, and further develop your expertise in a global environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Process Mining solutions using Celonis.
• Build and improve process data models, event logs, and ETL.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA data and integrate information from other enterprise applications.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and analytical applications to help teams better understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Support process analysis and continuous improvement through data-driven insights, bottleneck identification, and process monitoring.
• Contribute to data quality and performance , helping ensure reliable and scalable Process Mining solutions.
• Support the development of our Process Mining capabilities , sharing knowledge and contributing to team best practices.
• You’ll work across key business processes, including Source-to-Pay and Plan-to-Fulfill.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Celonis Process Mining solutions.
• Experience with Process Mining data models, event logs, and ETL pipelines .
• Experience with or exposure to Object-Centric.
• Ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical applications .
• Understanding of business processes and how data can support process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Good communication skills in English.

Experience working with multiple enterprise systems or supporting digital transformation projects would be an advantage.
