HybridTec is a growing training provider specialising in technical and trade-based education. We work closely with employers to develop skilled professionals through industry-led training, apprenticeships and specialist technical courses.

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Electrical Tutor to join our team in Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician looking to pass on their industry knowledge and help develop the next generation of electrical professionals.

Teaching experience is preferred but not essential. We’re keen to hear from experienced electricians who are passionate about their trade and interested in moving into training.

The Role

You’ll deliver practical and theory-based training across electrical and renewable energy programmes, including:

Solar PV, EV charge points and EESS/battery storage

18th Edition

Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeships, supporting learners towards their NVQ Level 3

2391 Inspection and Testing, depending on learner and business

requirements

About You

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

Strong electrical industry experience

Confident communicating and presenting to groups

Passionate about sharing knowledge and developing others

Professional, engaging and enthusiastic

Teaching or training experience preferred but not essential
