Class 2 Driver

The Best Connection Portsmouth are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Fareham for HGV Class 2 Drivers.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Operate HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently

Deliver products to commercial and domestics properties

Ensure correct placement in line with site

requirements

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly

Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately (e.g. delivery notes)

Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and site personnel

Secure loads correctly and ensure transported safely

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Keep vehicle clean and presentableThis role is available for ongoing or temp to perm role for the right candidate

Hours of work:

06:30 starts each day (willing to be flexible as this could change)Pay Rates:

£15.50 per hour Monday to Friday

Min 8 hours paid per dayYou will need to have:

HGV Class 2 Licence

Digi Card

CPC Card
