Senior Business Analyst | Business & Technology Transformation

£400 per day outside IR35

6 month contract

Hybrid 2 days onsite per week

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes?

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in modernising legacy systems, driving business change, and supporting the delivery of innovative, cloud-enabled solutions.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to define

requirements, redesign processes, and help shape future operating models.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can successfully manage multiple transformation workstreams.

Key experience required:

• Business and technology transformation programmes
• Legacy system modernisation and platform migration
• Requirements gathering, process analysis, and business change
• Working alongside architecture and engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience within retail, ERP transformation, SaaS implementations, or modern enterprise architectures would be highly advantageous.
