Job Description & Overview
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead clinical governance and enhance the quality of care across care homes in Yorkshire. Your role will involve supporting the performance of these homes to ensure they meet the highest clinical standards.
As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct regulatory compliance reviews, mentor newly-qualified nurses, and implement key actions for continual improvement. The position requires strong leadership and a willingness for regular travel.
