Class 2 Driver

Job Title: Class 2Tipper Driver
Location: London
Pay Rate: 16.82 to 18.95 per hour (Pay: 16.82ph + 2.13 holiday pay = 18.95ph)
Bonus: 35 bonus payable after 8 hours
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (06:00 start times)
Overtime: Saturdays/6th Shift available
Experience: 12 months Class 2 essential
Assessment: Yes - required before start
Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers inLondonto work with our client, who manufactures and distributes cement, ready-mix concrete and aggregates.

Class 2 Tipper Driver - role & Responsibilities:

• Operating Class 2 vehicles
• Performing tipperwork (training provided if required)
• Routine vehicle checks and maintaining trailer and cab cleanliness
• Ensuring all loads are placed and secured correctly
• Completing daily paperwork accurately

All applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures.
About you:
You will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.
Previous experience working with cement/aggregates would be beneficial.
You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
