Receptionist – Luxury Beauty & Aesthetic Clinic

We are seeking a polished, personable and highly organised Receptionist to join a prestigious, doctor-led beauty, aesthetics and dermatology clinic on Harley Street.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist who enjoys working in a luxury environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to a discerning clientele.

Permanent | Harley Street, London | £33,000 rising to £37,000

Previous experience within a high-end beauty, aesthetic, beauty or dermatology clinic is essential.

The Role

As the first point of contact,

you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional and discreet experience for every patient, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a first-class front-of-house experience.
• Managing appointments, busy diaries and follow-up bookings.
• Handling telephone calls, emails and patient enquiries.
• Supporting the doctors and clinical team with daily administrative duties.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and a professional reception environment.
• Ensuring every patient receives an exceptional level of care and service.

About You

• Previous reception experience within a luxury beauty, aesthetic or medical clinic is essential.
• Impeccable presentation and a warm, professional manner.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident managing a busy reception and multiple priorities.
• Discreet, proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Working Hours & Salary

• Hours: 9:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Saturday, working five days per week (four weekdays plus every Saturday).
• Probationary salary: £16 per hour, approximately £33,000 per annum.
• Following successful probation: £18 per hour, approximately £37,000 per annum.

A one-hour unpaid lunch break applies each day.
